Why Get Treated

Deciding whether or not to go ahead with treatment – no matter what type of treatment – can be a significant decision. Here are some issues to consider as you decide what’s best for you.

Benefits of Treatment
The potential benefits of treatment for snoring and sleep apnea include, but are not limited to:
  • Deeper, more restful sleep
  • Increased energy
  • Increased alertness and concentration
  • Lower blood pressure
  • Ability to lose weight
  • Decreased feelings of depression
  • Decreased risk for heart attack and stroke
  • Less disturbance to others (e.g. a bed partner)
  • Improved sex drive
  • And many more…

Consequences of No Treatment

  • Becoming more prone to accidents
Cardiovascular Health Problems
